The Personal Assessment is an enlightening holistic self-assessment exercise to show how well you are caring for yourself, and where you may need some mentorship to help reach your full potential.
Created by holistic health leader Dr Rosy Daniel, and exclusively available through Health Creation, the Personal Assessment includes the Picture of Health tool, which shows us where we are strong and where we are vulnerable; where we are taking risks and where best to put our focus to achieve vibrant health and wellbeing.
This is accompanied by a one-hour mentor session led by a trained Health Creation mentor.
After you purchase the Personal Assessment you will be guided to complete a series of questions with yes/no answers. Once completed, you will be presented with your Picture of Health and guidance on how to understand your score.
If you are working with a mentor already, you will receive a call from them to arrange a suitable time to speak by Telephone, Skype or Zoom.
If you are not working with a mentor, we will assign a qualified Health Creation mentor to you to guide you through your results.
This will give you a really good feel of how mentorship works and whether you would like to go on into a full 6-month Health Creation Programme.
